Peanut Butter and Jelly Pinwheels

Ingredients

flour tortilla (10” or burrito size)
1/2
cup
crunchy peanut butter
1
cup
Naturipe raspberries
rinsed in cold water
Instructions
Using a spatula or spoon, coat 1 side of the tortilla with the peanut butter.
Evenly distribute the raspberries on top of the peanut butter, applying light pressure with your hands so the berries “stick” to the tortilla.
Roll up the tortilla tightly.
Cut the tortillas into 5 - 8 slices, approximately 2” - 1.5” thickness is ideal.
Secure the pinwheels with a toothpick or arrange tightly on a serving tray to maintain shape.
Notes
Yield: 5-8 snack size pinwheels, approximately 4 servings
