(about 6 cups)

watermelon
diced

jalapeno
seeded & diced

avocado
diced

red onion
diced

lime
juice only
sea salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
Instructions
Combine ingredients in serving bowl.
Season to taste with salt & pepper.
Serve with veggies or tortilla chips. It’s also delicious on grilled meats & fish.
