Pear Quesadilla

Ingredients

pear
Bartlett or D'anjou, cored & thinly sliced

flour tortillas
1/2
cup
blue cheese
1/2
cup
pepper jack cheese
shredded

tbsp
basil
fresh, chopped (1 tbsp dry)

tbsp
onion
chopped

tbsp
hazelnut
chopped

tsp
olive oil
Instructions
Brush tortillas with olive oil.
On half of each tortilla, sprinkle one quarter of the cheeses, basil, onion, hazelnuts, and pear slices.
Fold in half and cook in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes each, until cheese melts and tortilla browns.
Cut each into quarters.
