These sweet dessert tacos can be filled with your choice of fruit. Topped with a strawberry "salsa" and served in sweetened, soft tortilla shells.

Ingredients
4flour tortillassoft

3tbspsugar
8tbspwhipped cream cheese
1tbsphoney
1/2cupstrawberry
1/2mango
1kiwi
1/4cupblueberries
Instructions
Cut up your choice of fruit. While this recipe calls for strawberries, mango, kiwi, and blueberries, you can substitute whatever fruit you'd like.
Put half of the strawberries in a blender or food processor and purée with a dash of cinnamon and sugar to make "strawberry salsa". You may need to add a tablespoon of water to help blend.
Melt butter in a small sauce pan. Add cinnamon and sugar.
In a cast iron skillet, warm the tortillas. Once warmed, use a pastry brush to apply butter, cinnamon, and sugar mixture to one side of each tortilla.
Add 2 tablespoons of whipped cream cheese to each tortilla. Drizzle honey over cream cheese.
Add fruit and drizzle with "strawberry salsa."
Notes
These fruit tacos can be made a variety of ways. Feel free to add whatever fruit sounds best to you! You can also substitute whipped cream for the whipped cream cheese. Get creative and enjoy!
