frozen large shrimp
uncooked and deveined

Instructions
Pull the shrimp out of the freezer and run under cool water to remove ice. It is ok if the shrimp is still frozen.
Cut the broccoli and red potatoes.
Toss the shrimp, broccoli, and red potatoes in a bowl with olive oil and Old Bay seasoning. Toss to make sure all ingredients are coated evenly.
Spread shrimp mixture on sheet pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until shrimp is fully cooked and potatoes are fork tender.
Sprinkle Dandy® Radish MiniSticks® and Cotija cheese on top when serving.
