Grilled Sweet Potato Planks

Ingredients

sweet potatoes
washed and peeled
1
Tbsp
canola oil
1/2
tsp
thyme
1
tsp
black pepper
Instructions
Wash and peel sweet potatoes and cut into planks.
Use a pastry brush to cover sweet potato planks in canola oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with thyme.
Grill planks at 450 degrees fahrenheit. Cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping half way through. Remove from grill when planks are tender.
