Ingredients

banana
1
mango
sliced or cut into chunks
1
kiwi
3
tbsp
walnuts
1-2
dates
pitted

tbsp
rolled oats
1/2
cup
walnut milk
or milk of your choice
Instructions
In a blender or using an immersion blender, blend all ingredients together until smoothie.
Pour smoothie mixture into a glass and garnish with walnut halves and a slice of kiwi (optional).
Notes
Fruit (banana, mango, kiwi) can be fresh or frozen. Kiwi does not need to be peeled unless desired.
