To start, place the beef, onion, and garlic into a large skillet.
Secondly, add the tomato sauce, tomato paste, and Italian seasoning once the beef is fully cooked. Thirdly, cook and take off the heat.
Next, in the slow cooker, add lasagna noodles. (break them to fit into the cooker) Afterward, add a layer of ricotta, using half of the cheese.
In addition, add 1 cup of spinach. Furthermore, place half of the prepared meat and top with an additional layer of noodles and the rest of the meat, ricotta, and spinach.
To finish, top with mozzarella.
Finally, allow the recipe to cool for 4-6 hours on low or 2-3 hours on high.
