Roasted cherry tomatoes are covered in olive oil, garlic and herbs. They are then roasted in the oven and make a great side dish, topping for bread or pasta!

– 16 oz. cherry tomatoes washed – 2 tbsp olive oil – 1 tbsp garlic minced – 1 tbsp Italian seasoning – 1 tsp salt – 1/2 tsp black pepper
Step 1 Simply season the tomatoes with olive oil, garlic and herbs before placing on a baking sheet.
Step 2 Place on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes.
Step 3 The tomatoes will carnalize in the oven and softens the tomatoes that are packed full of flavor.
