– 6 egg roll wrappers – 1 Vidalia onion chopped or diced – 1.5 tsp toasted sesame oil – 1 bag coleslaw mix – 2 tsp ginger grated – 1 cup sugar snap peas diced – 1 clove garlic {minced} – 1 tsp reduced sodium soy sauce – 1/4 tsp black pepper – 1 tsp olive oil
