Sweet Baked Brie with Pomegranates Cranberries, and Walnuts
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 8 oz brie cheese
- 1/4 cup pomegranate arils
- 1/4 cup walnuts chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place brie on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- While the brie is baking, combine orange juice, sugar, cranberries, and balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat for ten minutes, or until the sauce thickens slightly. Stir occasionally.
- Remove brie from the oven and transfer to a serving dish. Spoon cranberry-citrus sauce over the brie and top with pomegranate arils and walnuts.
