If you cannot find Pink Lady® apple juice at your grocery store you can make your own with a juicer. This results in a fresh apple juice that is delicately sweet and pink.

For the best color, pour the champagne and elderflower liqueur into your champagne flutes first. Then, add the Pink Lady® apple juice. The result will be a bubbly chic drink that is irresistibly sippable.

Pink Lady® Mimosas

Ingredients 

  • 3 parts champagne chilled
  • 1 part Pink Lady® Apple Juice
  • 1/4 oz Elderflower Liqueur per drink

Instructions 

  • Pour champagne into champagne flutes. Add elderflower liqueur. Top off with Pink Lady® Apple Juice. Serve immediately.
