How to Make Charred Sweet Broccoli with Pancetta and Parmesan

Making a delicious restaurant-quality dish doesn’t have to be hard. This Charred Sweet Broccoli dish is filled with fresh and flavorful ingredients that make for dramatic, irresistible flavor. Best of all, it’s quick and easy to prepare!

Start by preparing the meat. You can use either pancetta or bacon in this recipe depending on the kind of savory flavor you’re craving. Fry it up in a skillet, then set it aside and let it dry on some paper towels. Don’t drain the fat from the skillet. You’ll use it to cook the sweet broccoli.

Use a whisk to mix up the ingredients for the dressing, then get ready to cook the main ingredient. For this artisan meal, what better choice is there than Tanimura & Antle Artisan® Sweet Broccoli? This delectable vegetable is related to broccoli but is sweeter and a little more tender. A slightly nutty flavor makes it great for charring. Cook it until it’s charred, then place it in a serving dish and top it with the pancetta or bacon, parmesan cheese, and dressing.
