Jalapeno Blueberry Jam

  • 4cups blueberries
  • 2/3cup granulated sugar
  • 2tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2medium jalapeƱo peppersseeds and membranes removed, finely minced
  • 3tbsp sweet onionfinely minced
  1. In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to medium low and continue a low boil, stirring occasionally, for 12-15 minutes or until jam starts to thicken.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool.
  3. Store in refrigerator for 2-3 weeks.
