Blueberry Ice Cream Bread

Ingredients
  • 1pint North Bay blueberrieswashed and rinsed
  • 1 1/2cups SELF-RISING Flour
  • 1pint vanilla ice creamsuper soft, melted
  • 1/2 cup Multi-colored sprinklesfor topping
Instructions
  1. Add softened ice cream to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add inSelf-Rising Flour and mix well.
  3. Fold in pint of blueberries.
  4. Line loaf pan with parchment + Nonstick spray.
  5. Top with sprinkles.
  6. Bake at 350 F for 35-40 minutes.
  7. Cool, cut and enjoy!
