Ingredients
Cocktail
  • 4oz fresh Fuji apple juice
  • 1/2 Lemon (juice only)save remaining lemon to rub around rim of glasses
  • 1tsp honey
  • 2oz vodka– exclude if making mocktails
  • 1dash cinnamon
  • 2 Cinnamon Sticksfor garnish
  • 2 Apple slicesfor garnish
Rimming Sugar
  • 4tbsp turbinado sugar
  • 1tsp cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Rim martini glasses: Mix turbinado sugar and cinnamon together on a small plate. Rub a lemon slice along the rim of each martini glass. Dip the rims into the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the cocktail ingredients to the shaker and shake for 30 seconds.
  3. Pour cocktail mixture into martini glasses. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and apple slice.

MOCKTAIL: To make a virgin Fresh Apple Pie Martini mocktail, simply exclude the vodka from the above recipe.
