Ingredients
  • 1cup fresh basil leaves
  • 3tbsp fresh chiveschopped
  • 1tbsp fresh tarragonchopped
  • 1/2tsp lemon peelfinely grated
  • 1/2cup mayo
  • 1/4cup greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2tbsp lemon juice
  • 1tsp dijon mustard
  • 1clove garlic
  • 2 anchovy fillets
Instructions
  1. Combine basil, chives, tarragon, lemon peel in a food processor and blend for 5-10 seconds.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and serve with assorted vegetables.
