Ingredients
  • 2 red bell peppershalved and seeds removed
  • 2tsp grapeseed oil
  • 1clove garlicminced
  • salt and pepperto taste
  • 1/4cup feta cheesecrumbled
  • 8 green olives
  • 1/2 lemonjuice only
  • 1tbsp parsleychopped
Instructions
  1. Brush pepper halves with grapeseed oil. Place some garlic, salt, and pepper inside each bell pepper half.
  2. Grill peppers skin side down. Grill until the skins begin to char.
  3. Remove peppers from grill and top with feta cheese, olives, lemon juice, and parsley. Serve warm.
