Grape Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients
  • pre-made flatbread pizza crust
  • red grapessliced in half
  • olive oil
  • goat cheese crumbles
  • fresh mozzarella cheese
  • walnutschopped
  • balsamic glaze
  • fresh thyme
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Top flatbread with cheeses, grapes, and walnuts.
  3. Bake pizza in the oven for 7-8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bottom of the crust is crispy.
  4. Remove pizza from oven and top with balsamic glaze and fresh thyme. Serve warm.
