Ingredients
  • 1medium to large yellow brandywine tomato1/3″ slices
  • 1medium to large beefsteak tomato1/3″ slices
  • 1medium to large Cherokee purple tomato1/3″ slices
  • 1pint assorted small tomatoes
  • 1/3cup mozzarella pearls
  • 2-3leaves basiltorn, more to garnish
  • saltto taste
  • fresh ground peppercoarsely ground
Instructions
  1. Arrange tomato slices by color on a medium to large platter or wooden cutting board.
  2. Fill in empty spaces with the smaller heirloom tomatoes.
  3. Sprinkle tomatoes with salt, pepper, and basil.
  4. Arrange mozzarella pearls in a small pile on one side of the board. Garnish with a basil leaf. Serve.

*Any variety of heirloom tomatoes in assorted colors will work well!
