Sheet Pan Smoky Lime Chicken Fajitas

  • 2lbs boneless, skinless chicken breastscut into 1 inch strips
  • 1 red bell peppercut into strips
  • 1 orange bell peppercut into strips
  • 2 Peri & Sons Farms Nevada Whites™sliced
  • 1 lime (juice only)
  • 1tbsp corn starch
  • 2tsp chili powder
  • 1tsp salt
  • 2tsp smoked paprika
  • 1tsp cumin
  • 1/2tsp garlic powder
  • 1tsp corriander
  • 1/4tsp chipotle chili powder
  • limes to garnishcut into wedges
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine all spices in a large mixing bowl. Add bell peppers, white onions, lime juice, and chicken. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Place chicken and veggies onto a baking sheet and bake for 18-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Remove from oven and garnish with lime wedges.
  4. Serve with warm tortillas and pico de gallo.

*Serve with pico de gallo and tortillas. Choose corn tortillas to keep this meal gluten-free.
