Ingredients
Salad Skewers
  • cucumbercut into half moons
  • red onionchopped
  • grape tomatoes
  • black olives
  • iceberg lettucechopped into small wedges
  • feta cheese in brinecrumbled
Dressing
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • dry oregeno
Instructions
  1. Place vegetables on skewers. Alternate between vegetables to get a variety on each skewer.
  2. Sprinkle salad skewers with feta cheese.
  3. To make salad dressing: combine olive oil and oregano and stir.
