  • 1 cantaloupepeeled, seeds removed, and cut into cubes
  • 1 limejuice only
  • 3cups coconut water
  • fresh mint
  1. Blend cantaloupe until smooth. Strain through a mesh strainer or cheese cloth into a large pitcher.
  2. Add coconut water and lime juice to pitcher and stir well. Divide mixture into glasses and garnish with fresh mint. Serve chilled or over ice.

*Still or sparkling water can be used in place of coconut water.
