Garlic and Parmesan Rutabaga Fries

Ingredients
  • 3 rutabagapeeled and cut into spears
  • 1tbsp grapeseed oil
  • 2cloves garlicminced
  • 2-3tbsp Parmesan cheesegrated
  • 2tbsp parsleychopped
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the rutabaga spears, grapeseed oil, and garlic together until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the rutabaga fries onto the lined baking sheet and bake in the oven for 30 minutes, turning the fries halfway through. Remove once the fries are cooked through and beginning to brown and become crispy on the outside.
  4. Sprinkle the fries with parmesan cheese and parsley.
