Ingredients
  • 8oz dried rice noodles
  • 1 1/2cup frozen shelled edamamethawed
  • 1/2cup celerysliced
  • 1tbsp sesame oil
  • 2tbsp low sodium soy sauceor tamari
  • 1tbsp lime juice
  • 1 1/2tbsp brown rice syrupor agave nectar
  • 1cup mung bean sprouts
  • 1/4cup Green Onionschopped
  • 1/4cup cilantrochopped
Instructions
  1. Cook rice noodles according to directions on package and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, brown rice syrup, and lime juice to make a dressing.
  3. Place edamame, rice noodles, celery, green onions, and cilantro in a bowl. Toss with dressing and serve immediately.
