Kohlrabi “Linguine” with Garlic Lemon Butter Shrimp

Ingredients
  • 3Tbsp butter
  • 4cloves garlicminced
  • shrimp
  • 2 lemonsjuice only
  • 1/4tsp pepper flakes
  • 1pkg Mann’s Kohlrabi Linguine
Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add garlic and saute until brown.
  2. Add shrimp to skillet and cook until pink.
  3. Squeeze lemon juice over shrimp and add in pepper flakes.
  4. Cook kohlrabi linguine per instructions on bag. Add to skillet.
  5. Plate and add extra pepper flakes to the top.
