Chicken Bacon Broccoli Kohlrabi “Linguine”

Ingredients 

  • 6 strips bacon cut into pieces
  • 2 chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 pkg Mann's Broccoli Florets
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup asiago cheese
  • 1 pkg Mann's Kohlrabi Linguine

Instructions 

  • In a large skillet, saute bacon until crispy. Remove from skillet and drain on a paper towel.
  • In the same skillet, saute chicken breast strips until brown. Remove from skillet and drain on a paper towel.
  • In the same skillet, saute garlic until brown. Cook Mann's Brocoli Florets in the microwave according to package (or cook in 1/4 cup water for 3 minutes). Add broccoli florets to skillet.
  • Add milk, water, and asiago cheese to skillet and stir until creamy.
  • Cook Mann's Kohlrabi Linguine on stove according to package directions. Add to skillet.
  • Add chicken and bacon back into skillet and toss to mix.
  • Plate and top with extra bacon and cheese.

Kohlrabi “Linguine” with Garlic Lemon Butter Shrimp

Ingredients 

  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • shrimp
  • 2 lemons juice only
  • 1/4 tsp pepper flakes
  • 1 pkg Mann's Kohlrabi Linguine

Instructions 

  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add garlic and saute until brown.
  • Add shrimp to skillet and cook until pink.
  • Squeeze lemon juice over shrimp and add in pepper flakes.
  • Cook kohlrabi linguine per instructions on bag. Add to skillet.
  • Plate and add extra pepper flakes to the top.

Kohlrabi “Linguine” with Arugula and Parmesan

Ingredients 

  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 8 cloves galic minced
  • 1 pkg Mann's Kohlrabi Linguine
  • 2 handfuls arugula
  • Parmesan cheese to taste

Instructions 

  • In a large skillet, melt butter over high heat. Add garlic and remove from heat.
  • Add the Kohlrabi Linguine and arugula to the garlic butter. Top with shaved parmesan cheese.
  • Transfer to a large bowl and top with more cheese and extra brown bits from the skillet. Serve.
