Ingredients
  • 1bunch asparagus
  • 1 cup water
  • 2cloves garlic
  • 1Tbsp olive oil
  • 3Tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
  1. Wash asparagus and break off the stems. (To trim asparagus, gently bend each spear until it snaps).
  2. Place asparagus in a hot pan with water and garlic. Cover with lid and cook for 4-6 minutes.
  3. Remove lid and drizzle asparagus with olive oil and top with parmesan cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
