Father’s Day Grilled Veggie Tray

Ingredients
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1/2lb cherry tomatoes
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2lb asparagus
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • saltto taste
  • pepperto taste
Instructions
  1. Slice and cut vegetables as desired.
  2. Grill over medium heat until cooked through and grill marks appear, turning occasionally.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Place veggies on tray and serve while warm.
