  • 4 flour tortillassoft
  • 1tbsp butter
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 3tbsp sugar
  • 8tbsp whipped cream cheese
  • 1tbsp honey
  • 1/2cup strawberry

  1. Cut up your choice of fruit. While this recipe calls for strawberries, mango, kiwi, and blueberries, you can substitute whatever fruit you’d like.
  2. Put half of the strawberries in a blender or food processor and purée with a dash of cinnamon and sugar to make “strawberry salsa”. You may need to add a tablespoon of water to help blend.
  3. Melt butter in a small sauce pan. Add cinnamon and sugar.
  4. In a cast iron skillet, warm the tortillas. Once warmed, use a pastry brush to apply butter, cinnamon, and sugar mixture to one side of each tortilla.
  5. Add 2 tablespoons of whipped cream cheese to each tortilla. Drizzle honey over cream cheese.
  6. Add fruit and drizzle with “strawberry salsa.”
