I have admired Tanimura & Antle’s employee appreciation practices & programs for many years. You might recall my 2013 tribute to the Tanimura & Antle 20 Year Club, which is their incredible celebration of employees who have been with the company for more than 20 years- most of which are employees that started in farm labor positions. As we head into Labor Day, an American holiday to observe the social & economic achievements of our nation’s workers, I cannot help but think of Tanimura & Antle’s dedication to employee advancement as well as their celebration of farm worker contribution!
