Whole Roasted Cauliflower

  • 1 head cauliflowerjacket and stem removed
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt salad dressing
  1. Wash cauliflower & pat dry, using a knife, remove jacket (green leaves) and stem from the head.
  2. Place cleaned & trimmed head of cauliflower on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  3. Using a pastry brush, coat the head of cauliflower with the greek yogurt dressing.
  4. Cook at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until cauliflower is golden brown.
  5. Slice wedges & serve.
