Homemade Sweet Onion Dip

  • 2large sweet onionsfinely chopped
  • 1/4cup chivesfinely chopped
  • 1cup sour cream
  • 2oz cream cheeseroom temperature
  • 1 1/2tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  1. In a large skillet, heat oil. Add onions. Cook, stirring often, until onions are golden brown.
  2. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, vinegar, and chives in a medium bowl.
  3. Stir in onions. Add salt and pepper to taste and chill for at least one hour.
  4. Serve with sliced veggies & your other favorite dippers!
