Lollipops with Onion Crisps

  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 1/4tsp black pepper
  • 1lb kale sprouts(Lollipops) washed & stems trimmed
  • 2tbsp french fried onions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a large bowl mix olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Add kale sprouts and toss until evenly coated. Arrange kale sprouts in a single layer on baking sheet. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes tuning once during cooking. Pace on platter and sprinkle with fried onions.
