  • 1 lb kale sprouts (Lollipops) washed & stems trimmed
  • 2 tbsp french fried onions

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a large bowl mix olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Add kale sprouts and toss until evenly coated. Arrange kale sprouts in a single layer on baking sheet. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes tuning once during cooking. Pace on platter and sprinkle with fried onions.
