Ingredients
  • 3tbsp yogurtplain, nonfat
  • 1 pearcored & cut into chunks
  • 1/2cup blueberries
  • 1/2cup coconut milk(see notes)
  • 1cup kale sprouts(Lollipops) washed & stems trimmed
  • 1cup ice
  • 1/4cup pistachioscan substitute walnuts (optional)
Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Recipe Notes

If you prefer to leave out the coconut milk, you can substitute with water.
