Many of you followed along Wednesday night as my neighbor & I put together an impromptu Mushroom Flatbread…  we had a lot of fun & shared our yummy adventure on my Facebook page 🙂

This is such a tasty recipe & it’s incredibly easy to make!  I also suggest that you make it WITH a friend – Laura & I had so much fun putting this together.  Friends are so important… your friends deserve this flatbread next time they come over 🙂

  • flatbread pre-made
  • 8 oz mushrooms
  • 4 oz goat cheese herbed
  • 2 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion sliced or diced
  • 1 tsp lemon zest (optional)
  • olive oil to taste
  • parsley to taste

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Drizzle or spray flatbread with olive oil. Toast in oven for approximately 5 minutes.
  3. While flatbread is toasting, sauté mushrooms & onions.
  4. Assemble toppings: Goat Cheese Sauteed Mushrooms Sautéed Onions Sun-dried Tomatoes
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until flatbread is golden brown & cheese is melted.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil & top with lemon zest and parsley.
  7. Share with a friend.
