Balsamic Roasted Asparagus

  • 1lb asparagus
  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • 1tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepperto taste
  1. Snap off bottoms of asparagus.
  2. Toss stalks with olive oil and vinegar.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Arrange in a single layer on a foil lined baking sheet or grill pan.
  5. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes- Bake at 425 or grill over medium-high heat. Asparagus will be slightly browned when down.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
