  • 1tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1tsp sugargranulated
  • 1tsp soy sauce
  • 1tsp cornstarch
  • 1tbsp water
  • 1tbsp cornstarch
  • 3/4lb beeflean, cut thin across the grain
  • 1/3cup green onionsliced thin
  • 1clove garlicpeeled, sliced
  • 2tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2tbsp soy sauce
  • 1tbsp water
  • canola oilas needed
  • 1lb broccoli
  • 2cloves garlicpeeled
  • Organic Grinders Garden Herb with Sea Salt
  • rainbow peppercorn
  1. In a bowl, combine the first 3 ingredients.
  2. In another bowl, mix together the cornstarch and the water. Add to the other bowl and mix well.
  3. Add the meat, onions and garlic to the bowl and marinate for about 30 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the oyster sauce, soy sauce and water. This is the sauce.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the cornstarch and water. Set aside.
  6. Heat a wok and add enough oil to coat the pan. Add the beef, season with salt and pepper and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add more oil if necessary.
  7. Add the broccoli and garlic to the pan and stir fry for 2 minutes.
  8. Add the sauce and stir in the cornstarch mixture. Cook for 2 more minutes.
  9. Serve immediately.

This dish tastes great over steamed rice.
