Ingredients
  • 1pkg yellow cake mix
  • 1-1/3cup water
  • 1 pearvery ripe (peeled, cored, chopped)
  • 2large egg
  • 2cups quick oats
  • 1cup raisins
  • 1/2cup nutschopped (walnuts or pecans)
  • 1-1/2tsp cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line a muffin pan with 24 paper muffin cups.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, water, chopped pear, eggs, and oats until well blended. Stir in raisins, nuts, and cinnamon.
  4. Fill each muffin cup ¾ full of batter.
  5. Bake 20-25 minutes and serve warm from the oven.
