  • 5 oz baby greens
  • 1 red D'anjour pear cubed, do not peel, toss with a little lemon juice
  • 1 cup red grapes seedless, cut in half
  • 1 oz blue cheese crumbled
  • 3 oz walnuts glazed
  • 3 oz cranberries dried
Salad Dressing
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions
  1. In small bowl whisk all the salad dressing ingredients together, cover and refrigerate.
  2. In large salad bowl combine baby greens, pears and grapes. Garnish salad with blue cheese, walnuts and cranberries. When ready to serve toss salad with dressing and enjoy!
