Jicama, Orange & Onion Salad

  • 12oz mangowith chile and lime
  • 12oz cucumberwith chile and lime
  • 12oz jicamawith chile and lime
  • 1/3cup cilantrodiced
  • 1/2cup red fresno chiliesdiced
  • 1/4cup olive oil
  • salt and pepperto taste
  1. In a large bowl, combine the mango, cucumber, jicama, cilantro and red fresno pepper.
  2. Squeeze the limes over the fruit mix.
  3. Add olive oil, TAJ├ŹN, salt and pepper and toss well to combine.
