  • 5oz baby kaleI strongly recommend Earthbound Mixed Baby Kales!
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • 3/4cup nutritional yeast
  • salt and pepperto taste
  1. Toss together Baby Kale & Olive Oil in a large mixing bowl. After the Kale is fully coated with the Olive Oil, add the Nutritional Yeast & Salt/Pepper. Using your hands, toss well to thoroughly coat the kale leafs with the seasonings.
  2. Arrange the seasoned Baby Kale Leafs in a single layer on a large foil-lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes, or until leafs are crispy.
