Crockpot Mushroom Tetrazzini

Ingredients
  • 2lbs mushroomsliced
  • 2cans cream of mushroom soupreduced-fat & reduced-sodium
  • 1cup evaporated milkfat-free
  • 1/2cup white wine
  • 1tbsp horseradish(use prepared horseradish)
  • 1clove garlicminced
  • 1pkg spaghettimulti-grain
  • 2tsp parsleydried
  • 1cup parmesan cheesegrated
Instructions
  1. In a slow cooker, combine the mushrooms, soup, milk, wine, horseradish & garlic. Cover & cook on low for 4 hours.
  2. Cook pasta according to the package instructions. Drain well.
  3. Add noodles, parsley & parmesan cheese to the slow cooker & stir well to incorporate.
