  • 2 cups turkey cubed or shredded
  • 3 stalks celery diced
  • 2 apple cored and diced
  • 1 cup grape halved
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise low-fat
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 tsp cardamon
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Mix together all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Season with salt & pepper to taste.

This salad is delicious with some baby greens or spinach in a wrap!
