Kid-Friendly, On the Grill, Vegetarian
Red or Yukon Gold, sliced in half
salt and pepper
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Toss all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well coated with spices and oil.
Put foil on grill & coat with a non-stick spray. Place potatoes on the foil and grill for 10-12 minutes per side, until potatoes are tender and brown.
