Grilled Potatoes

  • 2lbs potatoRed or Yukon Gold, sliced in half
  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepperto taste
  • garlic powderto taste
  • Italian seasoningto taste
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Toss all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well coated with spices and oil.
  3. Put foil on grill & coat with a non-stick spray. Place potatoes on the foil and grill for 10-12 minutes per side, until potatoes are tender and brown.
