Produce Mom Southwest Salsa

Ingredients
  • 2cans seasoned tomatoRed Gold Chipotle Seasoned Tomatoes
  • 1can diced tomatoRed Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes, drained well
  • 1can black beansdrained and rinsed
  • 1can chickpeasdrained and rinsed
  • 3 bell pepperdiced
  • 1jumbo red oniondiced
  • 1clove garlic
  • 1bag cornfrozen (12 oz)
  • 1 limesqueezed for juice
  • 2packets Truvia
  • 1tbsp cumin
  • Chipotle Tabasco Sauceto taste, I used about 10 splashes
  • saltto taste
  • queso fresco cheesefor topping (optional)
Instructions
  1. Mix together all ingredients. Try to make it at least 30 minutes before you intend to serve it. Top with crumbled Queso Fresco (optional).
