Grilled Caesar Salad
romaine lettuce heart
panko bread crumbs
Slice romaine Heart in half, lengthwise.
Using a pastry brush, spread dressing liberally over the open-faced side of the romaine heart.
Mix together panko bread crumbs & cheese – spread evenly on top of dressing.
Lay romaine heart face-down on a preheated grill pan or flat top. Allow it to cook for approximately 3 minutes, until the cheese is brown.
